1. About these terms
These Terms of Use govern your use of Ezly and this website. Ezly is provided by YUAN QI PTY LTD (“we”, “us”). Contact: support@yuanqipty.com. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
Our Privacy Policy explains personal-information handling. Acceptance of these terms does not replace any separate consent required for health-data access or third-party sharing.
2. General wellness only
Ezly helps you explore health, sleep and activity information. Scores, trends and suggestions are estimates for general wellness and informational purposes. They are not a medical diagnosis, treatment, professional medical advice or a guarantee of fitness or recovery.
Do not use Ezly to make medication or treatment decisions, or delay seeking qualified medical advice because of an app result. Consult a qualified healthcare professional about symptoms or health concerns. Ezly is not an emergency monitoring service; contact local emergency services in an emergency.
Results depend on available data, device measurements and calculation methods. Missing, delayed or inaccurate readings can affect the information shown. Example screenshots are illustrative and are not an assessment of your health.
3. Access and responsible use
Use Ezly only as permitted by applicable law and the relevant App Store terms. Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, redistribute protected content without permission, or misuse another person’s information. These restrictions do not remove rights granted by applicable law.
You control device permissions. Features that depend on unavailable data or permissions may be limited. Device requirements and available features are described in the applicable App Store listing and app.
Ezly uses Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for securing your Apple Account and your device, and for using only an account you are authorized to use. Apple’s authentication service is subject to Apple’s terms. Signing in does not authorize Ezly to access health information; any health-data permission is separate.
4. Purchases and subscriptions
Ezly offers paid subscriptions through Apple’s App Store. The purchase screen identifies the included features, localized price, billing period and any trial or introductory offer before you confirm payment. No trial or particular price is promised by these terms.
App Store purchases are charged through your Apple Account. Auto-renewable subscriptions continue for successive billing periods unless canceled. Any trial converts to the displayed paid subscription unless canceled in time; follow the deadline shown by Apple and cancel at least 24 hours before a free or discounted trial ends.
Manage or cancel subscriptions in your iPhone’s Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app or an Ezly account does not cancel an Apple subscription. See Apple’s cancellation instructions.
To restore an eligible existing subscription, open Ezly → Settings and choose the restore-purchases option, using the Apple Account that made the purchase. Refund requests for Apple-billed purchases can be submitted through Apple’s refund process; eligibility depends on applicable rules and law. Nothing here removes mandatory refund or consumer rights.
The available plans, included features, billing periods and prices are those presented in the app’s purchase screen. Your subscription grants access to the features specified for the selected plan.
5. App license and ownership
Ezly’s name, design, code and original content remain the property of their respective owners. You retain your rights in your own information.
For an app obtained through Apple’s App Store, the Apple Standard End User License Agreement applies unless a custom EULA is provided with the app. These service terms supplement the applicable app license and do not alter Apple’s terms.
6. Changes and ending use
Features and availability may change as the service is updated. Changes affecting an active paid entitlement remain subject to applicable law and purchase terms. You can stop using Ezly at any time. To delete your Ezly account, open Ezly → Settings and choose the account-deletion option. Account deletion does not cancel an Apple-billed subscription; manage cancellation separately in your Apple subscription settings. See the Privacy Policy for data-deletion details.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, security issues or material violations of these terms, subject to applicable law and notice where appropriate.
7. Disclaimers and your legal rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted operation, error-free information or particular health outcomes. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights, including applicable guarantees and remedies.
8. Updates and contact
